A deposit is required before making any appointment. You will be prompted to fill out a form giving your name, contact information, and availability. Soon after we will contact you to make an appointment. Feel free to contact us at the information below to make an appointment as well. 

You may cancel at any time before setting up an appointment. After setting up an appointment you must cancel before 48-Hours prior to your appointment date in order to have your deposit refunded. This is to protect ourselves from no-shows and to best provide availability to our cliental.
